The Senior Manager of Public Health & EMS Programs is responsible for shaping and executing long-term initiatives. This position oversees the accuracy and integrity of critical data—such as hospital content, social services, and state, local, and federal EMS guidelines—as well as implementing new data repositories in response to market needs. The Senior Manager will also drive innovation through new offerings like social services pathways and national hospital criteria for EMS. This role balances high-level planning with hands-on execution, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and timely updates across platforms. Acting as a key liaison with government agencies and healthcare partners, this leader will guide programs that advance public health objectives today and create a foundation for future initiatives.
$120,000 – $150,000 per year based on education, experience, and qualifications, plus equity in the company and robust healthcare benefits.
To foster a collaborative and flexible work environment, Muru supports a hybrid work policy. We work from an office at 1 Liberty Street in New York City approximately two times a week.
