We build cutting-edge digital tools for medics to save lives.
At Muru, we tackle one of the largest problems faced by EMS — making medical decisions from guidelines that are scattered throughout multiple PDFs, printed documents, publishers, and websites. By building the “Siri of Protocols,” medics can now get the answers they need instantly, so every patient receives the highest standard of care.
Our clients range from the State of New York to the Department of Defense, reflecting the trust placed in our work at the highest levels. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with some of the most respected and legendary EMS organizations in the world.
We’re seeking passionate individuals who are inspired by meaningful work, driven by purpose, and enjoy working for a mission they believe in. Ideal candidates thrive in collaborative environments, surround themselves with exceptional peers so they can grow, and understand that the best products emerge from close-knit, high-performing teams. You will be provided with the tools and team you need to succeed, along with the independence to accomplish your work the way that’s best for you.
As a Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in both driving the ongoing development of our web application and providing leadership across the entire developer team. You will be responsible for making key architectural decisions to ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, and adaptable to evolving technological landscapes. Working closely with our product team, you'll help deliver secure, user-friendly web solutions. The ideal candidate not only brings strong technical expertise and adaptability suited to a startup environment but also demonstrates the leadership and vision required to guide and scale our engineering efforts as we grow into a large enterprise.
